Average hotel as per pricing. Breakfast room doesn't have enough crockery or cutlery to cope with even a half full occupancy.

I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history.

Stayed for 2nights. This is business hotel, not for holiday staying purposes. Value for price, but need improvement for breakfast. It was so poor selection.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, despite being a 2* hotel centered downtown, they also have closed parking nearby for the guests. Negatives: Nevertheless, there are some major issues with room cleanliness. The sheets were not that clean, hairs from previous guests could be seen in the toilet and the beds, and especially the carpet on the floor was very very dirty. Two other not-so-major topics were: 1. The internet was not working. There was a very complicated process to connect, but in the end, it was not possible. And the staff could not find a solution. 2. Breakfast: It was very nice with a lot of options. Nevertheless, the buffet was not renewed even if the options were over more than 1 hour before the end time of the breakfast.

This centrally located hotel, comfortable room, varied breakfast, and courteous staff made for an enjoyable stay in Mersin.

Owner and owners son extremely helpful

It was a very good experience, the reception is wonderful, the staff are friendly and want to serve you, the cleanliness is excellent, but there was a problem with the internet, the password is set in a complicated way and the internet is relatively weak, there is no isolation between the rooms and the breakfast is classic and refined.

Really lovely helpful staff. Great spot to base an exploration of the city from.

Price/hotel I'd give 5/5

The hotel is in the good location in central with good access to everything. Near to bus station, near to train station, foods, shop and everything. Very kind and polite also helpful staff. I recommend it. Thanks to great staff 😊

Otelin bazı eksikleri olmakla birlikte temizlik ve hizmet çok iyiydi. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü idi. Tüm personele, özellikle Veli beye teşekkür ederiz.

Otel tam bir fiyat/performans oteli. Resepsiyonda çalışan beyefendi, bellboy, restaurantta kahvaltı sırasında bizimle ilgilenen iki garson beyefendi hepsi 4/5 yıldızlı otel gibi hissettirdi. Otelin odamızın tek eksiği yataklar ebat olarak küçük ve rahat değildi. Balkon temizdi. Oda temizdi. Beğendim ve bir sonraki Mersin ziyaretimde aklimda bulunacak bir otel.

Girişimizden çıkışa kadar çok iyiydi. Yorumlara bakarak geldik. Konumu güzel. Kahvaltı normal. Odalar temiz. Ücretine göre güzel bir otel.

Oncelikle resepsiyondan Fadime hanima sonsuz tesekkurler. Nizam bey var bir de dunya tatlisi gorevli. Erdal bey ha keza. Tek kadin olarak konakladim 2 gece. Temizlik personeli hanimlar da cok yardimci. Temizligi cidden iyi. Esyalar bir tik eski ama mesela buzdolabi ve klima deli gibi calisiyordu. Tek kadin kalacak olanlar guvenle tercih edebilir, guvenlik ile ilgili hicbir sorun yok. Her sey icin minnettar kaldim

Odalar genis yatak ve yastiklar rahat. Temizligi ve Kahvaltiyi pek övemeyecegim ama kahvalti servisi yapan beyefendi cok kibardi. Genel olarak memnun ayrildik. Bir gece icin yeterli bir otel.

Otel donanım olarak çok eski. Yeni bir tasarımla Renovasyon mutlaka gerekli. Otel çalışanı güleryüzlü, yardımcı oluyorlar

The hotel service and personnel were very good and I enjoyed the kindness and care of the personnel. The hotel was clean and very good. It was in the middle of the city.
