Love everything!! Good place .

Be aware. The cleaning lady stole my hair clippers. They will steal your stuff and say the hallway cameras didn't show signs of theft. Don't leave anything of value in your room.

Personnel service was great but While in the room you can hear the noise in the morning from employees or whoever is in the hallway. Bathroom was not dirty but it was not 100% clean as the bathtub had some stains. I don’t know how to explain but I didn’t feel the bed 100% clean. Food was amazing and the gym is small but good enough to do your basic exercises. They have a rule where you cannot have any visits unless that person is on the reservation 👎. Parking is available in case you rent a vehicle and also it has a beauty salon. Overall I’ll say is a 7 out of 10 with minor details to be corrected.

was overbooked when I arrived. Receptionist . girl was so sweet, stressed & all. Bad Mgmt., idk. Maybe worst day ever for us all

The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful rooftop area with pool, gym and lounge area. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the Malecon. .

The property was very well located, excellent Dominican restaurant just walking distance. Also, the malecón was just 5mins walking distance too. Breakfast is included and is great, they have a beautiful salon in the premises which is very convenient. I highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want to be far from the noisy nightlife. Price is very affordable. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortables.

What a great find! A lovely little hotel that we really enjoyed. The rooms, although a little small were beautiful with ample closet space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good. It is made to order so everything was really fresh. There is a nice rooftop with a small gym, sitting area and a small pool. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay hotel very nice vallue for the price we paid.

The room assigned had hairs on the floor....assuming from las person or cleaning crew. Shower glass not cleaned properly, bed skirt very dirty. Advised the front desk and Paula showed me other options, upgraded for another 16 dollars. Never apologized but gave me an attitude while trying to resolve the issues. If you are not detail oriented then for the price this hotel serves it's purpose.

Staff were very friendly and tried to by helpful. Limited knowledge beyond the area in terms of wider DR experiences. But they really tried to help with everything. Paula is fantastic. Facilities are amazing for the price so cannot complain. Breakfast was OK - would have liked to try full Dominican breakfast but was not available during my trip. Location isn't ideal just as it is away from Colonial Zone where most stuff is happening (easy enough to get to though) and I thought I was booking near a beach but the beaches are closed as they are unusable so I had to move location for that. But hotel is self is lovely and staff are friendly, speak English and will talk to you with patience and friendliness :) big thank you again to Paula for being so helpful to me during my time there.

Everything was very nice as well as all the staff. My only complaint is one set of keys for 4 people!

It's close to zona colonial and sambil mall. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. Especially Manuel. He was very helpful
