I liked the trasport from and to the airport. The location was central to walk to restaurants and port. I very much disliked that they have cleaning fee, but getting to my apartment the comforter had what seemed to be a blood stain and it smelled like they hadn't wash those in a while. I hate going into a property and feeling like i cant be comfortable. Had to walk to office to pay for cleaning fee, which is an inconvenience. The staff was nice enough to call their boss to waive the cleaning.

Excellent property, at the heart of everything going on in Ushuaia. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Centrally located. No major issues. No one gave instructions about the heating system. Seemed to have wonderful floor heating, but couldn't tell how to adjust it (or maybe it just doesn't change quickly) so I had to sleep with the window open at a temperature when you wouldn't normally do that.

A localização do apartamento é ótima, perto de todos os pontos de interesse, e me senti segura em todos os momentos. O apartamento é novo, limpo e tem uma vista linda para o glaciar e as montanhas (apartamento 5A). A comunicação com a agência foi ótima. O sistema de check in e checkout sem contato funcionou perfeitamente. Indico apenas pequenos pontos de melhoria: o papel higiênico deixado no apartamento poderia ser de melhor qualidade, não é coerente com o padrão do imóvel, e poderia haver pelo menos uma garrafa de água mineral na geladeira quando a gente chega. Espero voltar a me hospedar nesse local!

New building. easy communication with host via whatapp. Night club in front of the building was loud all night long, except on Sunday night.

Excelente localização na Avenida San Martin, o apartamento é bem amplo e mobiliado. A cozinha possui os utensílios necessários para o dia a dia, a sala é bem ampla e o quarto também. A vista do apartamento era para a baia e ao fundo dava para ver as montanhas no Chile.

Flawless check in. Brand new beautiful apartment. Good quality furniture, comfortable beds. Amazing views from both sides of the apartment. All great and would highly recommend it.

Great Views! Although one night was very quiet, the next night there was loud music from the bar next door until well after midnight.

I loved this place. The management was very helpful and accommodating, and the apartment was spacious.

Stayed for a full week, so had a chance to really know the place well... Pros: Well located along the main commercial street with bars, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Apartment was relatively new, modern and well appointed. Washer/dryer was free. Communication with owner/mgmt was good. Cons: A HUGE one.. the town's only all night disco (for teens and young adults) is located next door. Thumps out the bass ALL NIGHT on Monday, Friday and Saturday until 6am (yes, 6am). If you're in rooms located on the southwest side of the building, you're going to hear it all night and very loud. I tried earplugs (insufficient) and then tried Airbuds with classical music and the thumping was still audible. I actually did not sleep AT ALL on Monday and Friday nights. I slept on Saturday only out of sheer exhaustion. If sleep matters to you, do not stay here. If you own these apartments, lobby the local authorities to enact noise pollution restrictions.

Very nice property clean and close to all restaurants/attractions

The home is nice and spacious and the location is very convenient to everything. However, it is set beside an all night disco, the partying starts around 1am and continues until about 6am on weeknights as well as weekends.

Unfortunately there was a power cut in town when I arrived. Energy was reestablished everywhere but at this building and the host did not assist neither me or any of the other guests. They left us there at -2 degrees and ignored our calls and messages NOT TO MENTIONED the water running from the tap is rusty - smells of iron. Terrible

Spacious clean and nice communication but there was no VIP access follow op

The property was spotless. Comfortable. It was however very loud at night. Nice fridge and kitchenware. Close to market and restaurants. We had an issue with check-in. My suggestion would be to send the instructions earlier than 2 hours prior. If someone doesn't have data in Argentina you might not be able to get in.

Very large space. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great views. Laundry facility was a huge plus. Downside: nearby bar played music until 5am so bring ear plugs. We stayed 5 nights and nothing was available for replenish. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Those things should be replenished for longer stays, especially trash bags for the bathroom. Overall, I recommend the apartment for a good stay.

There was a bit of a confusion on getting the key fob at arrival but the host was quite helpful and got that sorted out. The laundry facilities in the top floor were really great!

We enjoyed everything about this property! Specifically the communication via WhatsApp and property personnel’s ability to handle and help out with what turned out to be a very difficult travel situation with delayed flights! Centrally located, very clean, spacious and comfortable!
