The bathroom had an awful smell of mold and cleaning products, it just didn’t feel safe to be breathing in it. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable. The location is not great, it’s good in relation to the airport but far from any part of Lisbon you might want to walk around. I guess it depends on what you want out of it.

The room looks exactly as advertised, it was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean. The staff was great, stayed up to check me in when my flight was delayed. Only 2 issue, the building is old, so elevator, layout and door mechanism are dated. I had difficulty using the key, even the staff did. The bathroom is not in the bedroom so the layout is a little weird

In general almost everyone we came across in Portugal was very kind! We actually stayed here on our first and last night of the trip as it was convenient and close to Lisbon Airport. The staff was friendly and got a good laugh out of us. The rooms were very clean which was amazing! Perfect little stay!

Terrible rip-off. We paid for two "suites" with kitchen. We got two "room" instead and single shared kitchen on the floor. Our rooms at least had washrooms, some other rooms have washrooms in the hall. Kitchen was not clean. I paid for "suites" and got dorm experience. Total scam and it should not be on Expedia..

Pro's: close to the airport, clean hostel in an early century building. Tiny rooms with own bathroom. Beds ok, wifi ok, kitchen shared. 24/7 reception with friendly staff. TV not working (no channels) in the room

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent level of service provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transport and several restaurants and shops. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would stay here again!

It wasn’t what I expected when I booked it. I would say, it a little cute place to rent on a budget with a community area with kitchen. The staff 24 hour concierge was nice, had no trouble getting back. I wish there was like an extra trash can and a fridge and to control the temperature of the room.

Staff were lovely for checking in and out, super helpful and friendly. I appreciate the quick process as I had a late night check in and early morning check out. The room was spacious and minimalistic, however I could have used a few extra amenities such as hand soap, face towel, and window curtains. The bathroom had an odd smell after showering. Overall a good experience!!

I didn’t like that my bathroom was outside of my room. The elevator was scary and squeaky. No soaps offered in the bathroom. You had to ask for a towel as it was not offered.

Great stay with walking distance bus stops and efficient staff. My check in said 3pm and I got there at 1pm and they have me the room. I'd boom with them again.

I only stayed for one night which was fine. Show was not clean with quite a bit of mould

It would've been nice to have been told the bathroom might be private, but it's not in the room. It was down the hall, and I wasn't even told this when I checked in - I had to go down to reception in the ancient lift to complain, then I was told and shown where it was. I wasn't given a towel. Every time someone opened a door or took the lift, it was so loud it woke me up. The design of the hotel is not bad, so it shows up nicely in photos, but it's extremely basic and not very clean. Granted, it was cheap, but not cheap enough to justify all of the above.

Perfect for my purpose
