The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The tiles are crusty and dirty, and there's no hot water. It's a shame, considering the hotel hasn't been around for very long.

not as expected, not even like on social media. the room is a bit empty (almost like a boarding house) even though if given a chair and a small table besides the work desk it would be better (is it because I booked a superior one?), a full body standing mirror like at home (?), no refrigerator, breakfast is very minimal for the price of 700 including breakfast. it's better to stay at a 3 or 4 star hotel that is already established with a more crowded surrounding, there is no room service for in-room dining so you really rely on online food orders, toiletries are sufficient. The room is next to an empty building (so it's a bit spooky at night because it's completely dark), local TV channels, no other TV channels except for having an account from the platform (the only free one is YouTube), the internet is quite good, The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff is very friendly, the security is also helpful. Various snacks are provided, even Pop Mie in the room. Perhaps it would be better if the facilities were improved for all rooms because this is not like the boutique hotels I usually visit. in addition, currently the majority of hotels have actually reduced the use of bottled drinking water by providing water dispensers for drinking water. with cheap hotel prices but the service is really okay, all the staff are very friendly. even everything in the room is free, the food is also all tasty and delicious, not just the important thing is there. the restaurant is in a great location, exposed to the morning sun, if the holiday is towards Lembang, it's okay to stay at La Cama. everywhere is still reachable, going to Lembang is also not complicated.
