Staff was great and very accommodating even to foreigners. They had a community kitchen concept, so if you wanted, you were able to cook your own food. They also had bike rental facilities so you can rent a bike around Mishima if you wanted. The free Wi-Fi was spotty but if you used it in the lobby then it's pretty good.
