The location isn't centrally located, the service is lacking, and the receptionist was skeptical of guests. Even though we had a booking code, they still asked us to contact the agent to prove we were guests, even though the data was already valid in the system. This proved to be true after we contacted the agent, who immediately asked for our ID and filled out a form, and then gave us the key. The room was quite good, large, and the facilities worked well. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Spacious, clean, cool, fragrant rooms with complete amenities. Easy access and free parking. The price is very affordable. The AC is sometimes noisy, but it's okay, it's not disturbing, and it's still comfortable.

the experience of staying at the Mataram city apartment at citahome was very satisfying, very homey. all facilities are in the room, starting from the provision of rice, complete cooking utensils, there is also a folding mattress, sofa, so if you bring a slightly larger family member, it is guaranteed to fit. prayer equipment has been provided, the bathroom is spacious and clean, the AC is cold. basically will stay here again next time.

Recommended because it's a promo. But keep in mind that you have to bring your own water because I don't like the gallon water, even though it's the same brand as the one I drink at home.
