The hotel team is friendly and the rooms are clean.

The check-in process was very friendly, but the soundproofing in my room was poor. Throughout my stay, I heard banging noises from my neighbors, which was quite jarring.

The mall is located below the hotel, making it easy to do some shopping. The breakfast menu is delicious and quite varied. I stayed at Harris Cibinong during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, so it was free from traffic jams.

The hotel service was very friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect for a family vacation. Staying at the hotel was right downstairs from the mall.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM, I arrived at 2:30 PM but the room was not ready and was told to wait, they said they would inform me later via WA. Until 3:30 PM there was no WA, finally went to the receptionist and it turned out it was finished without the promised WA information. Then I entered the room, I didn't expect for the hotel ⭐️4 that the sheets would have red stains in several spots, so I didn't check or video it, when I wanted to go out for food in the afternoon I confirmed to the receptionist about the red stains so I wouldn't be blamed for the stains, and the receptionist offered to change the sheets. And when I returned to the room that night, the sheets had been changed but there were still other red stains, because it was late at night I missed to confirm again. When I checked out, the same receptionist in the afternoon informed me that there were red stains on the sheets. What does this Harris Hotel mean? If there have been requests and complaints regarding red stains, they shouldn't have replaced the sheets with ones with red stains again. If it's like that, it's like a trap for people who don't check the condition before and after. Please do not reuse sheets with obvious red stains. It's a shame if the person who was affected happened to be on their period but didn't see through, or perhaps for some other reason, and they felt guilty and couldn't argue, like I did. For other customers, my advice when staying at Harris CCM or other hotels is to check the condition of the room before and after and document it for confirmation with the front desk to avoid being caught out and charged.
