It's really comfortable to stay here, kids friendly.

This is my seventh stay. I find this hotel child-friendly. There used to be a playroom, but it's no longer there. The food is also a bit different. Usually, there's a wide variety of side dishes, and they suit my taste, but recently, the menu has been minimal. There are quite a few side dishes. I hope they continue to improve the quality, as this was previously one of my family's favorite hotels.

Upon check-in, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, and once I reached the reception area, there were no issues. The location is easy to find and close to the city center. It's a comfortable stay.

I stayed here for three days. This was my first time. Everything was fine, except the room cleaning wasn't very good. Hotels usually replace soap and toiletries daily. Here, you have to ask for them.

A truly worthwhile hotel! Spacious rooms, clean beds and bathrooms, strategic location in the Hollywood Junction Jababeka area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Affordable prices, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended! 👍🏻🏨✨

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is cool. The restaurant's food is just so-so. Overall, my kids were happy with the swimming pool and playground. If you want to color, just contact the front desk, and they'll give you some printed paper for you to color on.

The AC took a long time to cool down, and instead of cooling down, it was hot at night. The water jets were very small, and the shower water was difficult to adjust to a cool or hot temperature. The check-in room management also just came in without waiting for a response from inside the room. It was a truly disappointing experience, especially considering it's a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, it was fine.

Check-in was fast, and the hotel's atmosphere was perfect for a family staycation. The breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable rooms with extra pillows, which not all hotels offer. Kids' facilities and food are great. I've been here twice with my kids. They're happy.

While staying on the 23rd and 24th, the hot water in the bathroom wouldn't work. They were told there was a problem. When they checked in that evening, they were told there was a problem and it would be back to normal the next morning. When they checked again the next day, they found the problem was still there.

It's perfect for bringing the family on weekends.

Hmmmm not very impressive, a 4-star hotel but not like a 4-star hotel, in terms of service, the breakfast menu is very limited, the room, and also the facilities there is no hairdryer, tissue, shampoo, and soap. I'll only come here once again. It's also a long way from the motorbike parking lot to the lobby. The staff are very stingy with smiles.
