Location in a house attached to a boarding house.
There are only stairs for access up and down.
The room is okay, quite clean, spacious.
Amenities are basic. There is no trash can in the room at all. Lots of sockets. There is a cupboard but no hangers (for those who stay long, you should probably bring a travel hanger).
The bathroom is okay. There is no toilet tissue and mat.
There are pantry facilities but no glasses, plates, or cutlery.
Good ventilation, there is AC and a fan too.
The staff is not very communicative and takes a long time.
When checking in, I was not informed that I got a room with a water heater that could not be used. I was only informed after asking via WA. The reason was that the room was full, only the one with the water heater was broken. For those who stay for 1 night, it is clearly a loss. For those who stay longer, it is troublesome.
My suggestion if an incident like this occurs, communicate it from the start because it is a loss for the guest.
Towels are not immediately prepared. Have to wait a few hours until they are delivered. It seems like there is a lack of communication between staff or there are obstacles.
