the room is not very clean...but it's okay, the price can't lie

comfortable, but cleanliness is the priority..and yesterday I didn't give you a towel..we're washing it.

The room did not match the one in the photo, the shower was broken, and the AC was not cold.

Very bad place. Dirty, very smelly. No towels, drinking water, let alone toothbrushes. TV doesn't work, bathroom is very dirty and there is no hot water.

The location is very strategic, easy to reach, right in front of the busway stop

Book 1 room and record 2 real rooms on the bill, it's a real loss

The staff was indifferent to the cotamer, the water was bad so in the end I took a shower in the office.

Tempat terhancur dan ga layak, ceiling nya bolong & berjamur, kamarnya banyak nyamuk, sepre & selimutnya ga diganti, banyak kutu kasur, kamar mandi kerannya berkarat, hancur semuanya, mending nambah buat nginep yg layak dari pada disini, saya juga ga jadi check in, jadinya tidur di hotel lain, sia sia booking disini, ditambah reception nya ga berguna, malah asik main game, ga membantu, payah semunaya

It's really serious. 2 weeks D here. The bed linen wasn't replaced. It's an economical price, but it's not like that either.

Overall kelebihannya krn dekat dengan tempat kerja saya pas di luar kota. Untuk pelayanan dari CS dilayani dengan anak2 muda yang lg pada asik maen game. Poin plusnya ketika saya butuh steker listrik, saya dibantu. Untuk kenyamanan kamar, sarung bantal dan guling bau. Bahkan selimutnya jg sama aja, bau2 jg. Kalau untuk kebersihan, bisa dibilang lumayan. Tp kamar saya atas (plafonnya) bolong. Untuk foto2 yg ditampilkan mungkin itu saat pertama kali baru jadi bangunannya.
