3-year-new hotel with very good services and hospitality staff.

My stay here was quite pleasant. The staff were all very friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists, and even the waitresses were very welcoming.

Room is quite small, no small table, comfortable & clean room with good bathtub.

What started out as a short, one-night trip turned into an unforgettable experience. On April 15, 2026, my wife and I finally arrived at the Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the hotel staff—friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, clean, and felt luxurious yet comfortable. It felt perfect for a break after our travels. We sat back, relaxed, and said to each other, “This was the right choice.” The location was also very strategic—close to the airport, so there was no need for travel hassles. Perfect for us who wanted a relaxing vacation without too much drama. We had originally planned to stay only one night, from April 15th to 16th. But because the atmosphere was so comfortable and the experience was so enjoyable, we finally agreed… to add another day. Sometimes, spontaneous decisions are the best part of a trip. And this time, we truly enjoyed it—together, simple, but full of memories.

An affordable hotel near the beach, just across the street to enjoy the beach and its various restaurants. Luckily, I got a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was complete with a choice of coffee and a variety of food.

All the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the place is cozy and clean, very close to the beach and close to culinary in Jimbaran, the view is really cool, the most suitable holiday during school holidays for children to the Platinum Bali hotel, everything is available and the location is strategic, my children are happy and like it, thank you Platinum Hotel😍

All the hotel facilities are excellent. I had an experience where there wasn't any corn sugar (sugar for diabetics) in my room. I'm diabetic. I asked for granulated sugar to be substituted, and the housekeeping staff helped me. However, the staff member who came over said there was no corn sugar for diabetics, even though I had it on the table for breakfast. If the only sugar allowed in the room is granulated sugar, please provide an alternative, such as paying. I don't mind paying, so the staff simply said there wasn't any, without any alternative assistance. Everything else was good. Happy to stay at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran

When I go to Bali, I always stay here. It's peaceful and just a short walk to the beach.

The location is close to the beach, the in-room food is delicious and suitable for kids, and the restaurant food is also good. The staff is friendly, caring, and willing to talk to the kids. Unfortunately, the pool, gym, and kids' area were under maintenance, so I didn't have time to try them.

The hotel overall was nice and very comfortable, but I'd like to add a little more variety to the breakfast. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was boring.
