Everything is okay but the room door is a bit difficult to open.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed, the curtains were unclear, the yellow toilet was dirty all over, from the first time I went to the toilet the toilet smelled of septic tank, I didn't know where to park the car, I was directed to the basement but I didn't know where to get to the hotel, so I turned around and parked in front of the hotel, when I stayed the sound from above and the sound from next door was very loud, ah BIG NO DISAPPOINTED, THE PRICE DOESN'T MATCH 577 like OYO which costs 200 thousand!!! Why did I choose this hotel because I saw reviews on traveloka that this hotel was all good, in fact NO!! I don't know what because I was just unlucky to get a room that wasn't suitable!!!!!!!!

The rooms are comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly and responsive. The food is delicious and quite varied. The downsides are the winding parking area and the lack of an in-room refrigerator.

This hotel has been a great choice either for a short or long stay. What I like best is the room that is spacious and it has a nice city view which is particularly great to be seen at night. Other than that, the hotel is strategically located in the city centre, making it accessible to go to any places. Facility and staff services are awesome. Overall, it was such a nice experience.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the room is spacious and actually comfortable, it's just that the soundproofing of the room is very bad, the TV is turned on on the right and left of the room, the room in the middle becomes very noisy because the sound from the right and left goes through, plus the noise from the street, the restaurant waiters are not alert when guests arrive, I even didn't order because there was no one to serve me

Strategic hotel, the staff are also very friendly. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and comfortable. There is a bathtub to soak in to relieve fatigue. Will stay here again

The taste of the breakfast menu is lacking. Still just in the stage of providing, not serving. Menu variations can be added, traditional & hot beverage choices are lacking.
