We were satisfied with our stay at the Ibis Style hotel, considering the children's activities, facilities, and service. There was just one unpleasant incident. A downstairs room was complained about, and the staff immediately called to say our room was making noise, even though the children were showering at 6 PM. Even if you walk around, there's a slight sound from footsteps. If you want complete silence, perhaps look for a hotel without rooms upstairs. Thanks, Ibis Style.

My stay at the Ibis Styles BSD was a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. My kids loved it because they could play PS4 for free, ride bikes, swim, and enjoy the game area. There were also pillows and bolsters, and the surroundings were pristine. It felt like we were staying in Bogor 😁

Love the hotel! Staff is friendly, room is spacious, clean and cozy! Nice breakfast options, I love their choice of bread. Please consider a pasta corner, not only Indomie. They offered me sample coffee, which is nice.

Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Staffs are very friendly, the hotel room is comfortable. The bathroom is clean, unfortunately, the shower is leaking a bit. When I was there, there was an animal event (Rabbit Land, I guess) and two owls, but next time, please consider the type of animals that would come to the event. Owls and rabbits in one place and side by side is kinda worrying despite the owls being with their handlers.
