Disappointing Stay Experience – Needs Serious Evaluation from Management
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience staying at this hotel forced me to share it so that it can be considered by other travelers and the hotel management.
1. Very Concerning Sanitation Facilities
The most surprising thing was the condition of the toilets in the breakfast area: both toilets were very dirty, even containing human waste (feces) that had not been cleaned for a long time. This clearly reflects the weak standards of cleanliness and operational supervision of the hotel.
2. Cleanliness of the Main Swimming Pool is Not Maintained
The main swimming pool was in a murky condition and looked unkempt, full of dirt on its surface. Not only was it uncomfortable, it could also endanger the health of guests.
3. The First Room Was Not Fit for Occupancy
Initially I was placed in a room that had a broken toilet and dirty blankets. Fortunately, after complaining about this, I was allowed to move to another room. However, rooms with such conditions should not have been rented at all.
4. Facilities in the Replacement Room were Inadequate
Unfortunately, a new room was not the solution either. No Wi-Fi connection available, even though in the hotel promotion, this facility is mentioned as one of the advantages.
5. Water Not Hot
In both rooms, the hot water did not work at all. For a hotel that claims to have complete facilities, this is really unacceptable.
6. & 7. Access to the Hotel and Surrounding Roads are Damaged
The access road to the hotel is badly damaged and dangerous for small vehicles. In fact, the main entrance to the hotel is also in a damaged and unsuitable condition. This creates a very bad first impression.

Conclusion
This hotel has a lot of potential, but in practice, the service and cleanliness standards are far from expectations. A comprehensive management evaluation is needed, starting from cleanliness, facilities, to infrastructure improvements. I really hope the hotel can respond to this input
