The staff and service were excellent. For example, I booked three rooms, and when one of the rooms used the cleaning service, it was done promptly, the laundry service was delivered within one day at an affordable price, and a problem with the shower was immediately fixed. However, the room I stayed in, 503, was less than satisfactory. The bedsheet had several stains and the TV couldn't be used. Furthermore, these rooms are not very Muslim-friendly because they are very small. In fact, in two of the rooms I booked, I had to pray on the bed. Only the room I stayed in, 503, was adequate for prayer. Thank you.
