No exhaust in toilet. No bidet. Staff does not clean the room.

It was a great hotel with great facilities! All the staff were really nice. There is ice and water refill. Also, we can book luggage storage. But there was a concrete pole inside our room that made the room really narrow.

Good location, near to Myeongdong and Namsan Tower but not in a crowded area.

Everything is ok and comfortable. Yesterday I stayed there for a total of 9 nights.

The room has a large pillar. The bathroom has trash that was not taken during cleaning.

Overall the hotel and its surroundings are pleasant, clean, easy to find food and very close to a mini market. Only the room in my opinion is too small, it is not recommended to bring a large suitcase.

The location is quite stategic, only few minutes to Myeongdong night market, lot of restaurants around, very helpful staff, and nice environment!

Stay in family room, a little bit small but enough, bed quite comfy, walking distance to myeongdong, chungmuro st. Exit 5 has escalator, near to pick up place for tour to Nami, weird towel changes schedule, spent 6 nights, they clean up and change towels on day 4, 5, 6.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport bus stop, a convenience store, coffee shops, and several restaurants, with Myeongdong shopping street also nearby. Although the bathroom is small, it offers great value for the price.

The room space is okay, quite comfortable and convenient. There are also many restaurants around, the train station is not very close but it is not a big problem. The support staff is very enthusiastic, will definitely come back.

Clean, nice hotel, lovely staff, close to walking 300m to myeondong street.

The place is spacious, near Myeongdong St exit 10. But when we were there the AC cannot be used because the weather was considered cold.

I like it because the staff is friendly, the wifi is also very good, the rooms are a little cramped but very clean and comfortable.

Located near Euljiro sam (3) ga station, exit 11, near Myeongdong shopping street, there is elevator so you don't have to take stairs with heavy luggage, GS25 convenience store is next the lobby door. We can also request to make up room and change the towel everyday. Staff is very friendly, she help me to use the laundry (need cc). We can save our luggage in the lobby when arrived to hotel before check in time. It is a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great to stay here, but woman receptionist is not friendly, over all recommendedfor backpack to korea.

Convenient location near tourist attractions in Seoul. The hotel's cleanliness service is excellent.

The room quite small, but still okay for solo traveler. Bed comfortable. Room and bathroom clean, have small bathub. Nearby is Myeongdong Shopping District and Subway line 4 (10minutes walk) and Line 2 also Line 3. Lots of delicious food around hotel and convenient store. They provide self (coin) laundry on B2 floor, use visa or master card to pay. Instructions in English very clear. No parking area. Staff friendly. No early check in, strictly at 3pm.
