It was an unforgettable experience staying here. We were extremely tired and had been rejected by other hotels because of their policy regarding guests with children. However, this hotel, with the help of their wonderful ambassador, Shannen, assisted us and patiently guided us through the process of completing the necessary documents. Shannen was incredibly kind and patient, even though I was not in the best mood after our previous rejections. Although she informed us that the hotel had a similar policy regarding children, she still did her best to help and facilitated our stay through the consent form process. It turned out to be a win-win situation. The hotel itself was amazing, featuring a modern digital system and a strong sense of security. Although the room was not particularly spacious, I still thought it was a great place to stay. Our studio room even came with a microwave, a large refrigerator, and kitchen utensils, making it absolutely worth the price, especially considering its strategic location in Singapore. The only downside was that it did not feel very private, as the rooms lacked proper soundproofing. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore.

I had a very good experience staying at Heritage Collection Boat Quay. The cleanliness was excellent and truly one of the highlights of the stay. The service was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. A special mention to Trisha, Edmar, Shannen, and Mitch, who were incredibly helpful during my stay. They even assisted me with my luggage during both check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. Their support and friendliness truly added a personal touch to the experience. I had come across several reviews mentioning issues like noise and food smells, which can be quite common in such locations. However, we didn’t experience any of these problems during our stay (we were in room 317), which was a pleasant surprise. One piece of feedback: during our stay, we faced a common issue when my iOS device got discharged, and the room didn’t unlock easily with the Android phone. It required very specific positioning to work, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be really helpful if they could introduce an alternative option like a smart door lock with a PIN system. That would make access much easier, especially in situations where a phone runs out of battery. Apart from that, everything was amazing. The pricing is extremely affordable overall, and it’s a perfect choice for anyone planning a longer stay in Singapore. Definitely recommended!

Assisted by Shannen & Jean, cool hotel & close to everywhere

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is a bit difficult to find because the main entrance is not right on the main road. You have to enter the boat quay road from South Bridge Road, about 100 meters. However, this hotel is quite modern, implementing a digital concept, the reception and room keys are also digital. But don't worry, because if you need help, they are ready to help. Since it was my first time and confused, Edmar and Vannie immediately greeted me at the front and helped register to get my room key. Edmar also helped me get to my room. The hallway to the room was very clean, Edmar also explained that there are also free laundry facilities that can be used by all guests. When I arrived, the room I booked was very impressive. The room was already cool, the mattress was soft, the bathroom was clean, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and its own washing machine. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and it will be one of my references when visiting Singapore.

Bidet spray, walking distance to Masjid (Mosque), and easy to find Halal food are my main concern, and this accomodation have it all for less than SGD200 per night. It only 4 minutes walking to Masjid (Moulana Mosque) and very close to 7-11 where I can find Halal food and heated it in the microwave inside the room. The Wifi was also lightning speed. I stayed in Stamford Studio With Balcony And Iconic MBS View, the room was neat & tidy, and I love the balcony where I can enjoy the fresh air. I'd like to thanks all The Hotel Staff: Vannie, Edmar, and Maica for being so kind, helpful & responsive during my stay. If The God willing to give Me another opportunity to visit Singapore again then there will be no reason for Me not to choose The Heritage Collection on Boat Quay again.
