Spacious room, cold AC, hot water, friendly and humble staff. The downside might be extra towels and soap and shampoo.

Receptionist standby 24 hours. Kind and humble staff. There is a big room and has small refrigerator. At central city and near to everywhere. I got the cheap price only Rp 150,000 😍

Worth the price, you can get a big room and big bathroom with Google TV and a mini refrigerator. Very recommended!

The hot water is off. There are many problems, either the power is out or the TV is having an error.

The rooms are super spacious, perfect for families, the bathroom is also very large and super comfortable.

slow WiFi network is what we need because the cellular signal in the room is weak smart TV can't connect to WiFi room boy is friendly, but doesn't provide a solution to the problem but please be cleaner and not smell bad family room is suitable for families but the AC needs to be bigger because it doesn't match the size of the room

The staff is nice, the place is comfortable. Unfortunately the wifi is hard to connect and slow. The TV also doesn't use smart TV yet. The bathroom is also comfortable and clean. But the room was not cleaned during the stay and several times tried to call the receptionist there was no answer (maybe they were not there)

Check in is very easy, for the price range of 300,000 it is worth it. Adequate facilities, parking area is enough for 3 to 4 cars. It's just that the TV is not connected to the internet. But overall 8.5/10. Thank you to the guesthouse

The place is clean, cozy, comfortable, homey. The staff is very helpful. The TV is on, the refrigerator is on, the hot water is working, the AC is cold, the bed is clean. Will come back again if I go to Jogja, recommended for those who want to stay in the Condongcatur area

For accommodation at that price, it's really okay 😉 I got 2 towels, although the look is a bit shabby. There's hot water too I got soap But what needs to be noted, whether it's the smell from the pillowcase or the pillow itself, it's really unpleasant. More like BB sweat, so it looks like it hasn't been replaced by the previous guest. But overall it's comfortable if it's just for staying overnight.

The location is quite easy to find even though it's a small street, there are also lots of people selling food on the side of the road for those who don't want to look for food. Complaints might only be that you found cockroaches in the bathroom.

Highly recommended, said my wife. Clean room. Spacious toilet. Will stay here again if I go to Jogja.

The hotel staff is friendly, early in the morning if you want to look for breakfast there are also fried food sellers.
