1. The location is a bit difficult to find, even using Google Maps. 2. If you want to check out in the morning, you have to wait for the receptionist to wake up or go to work. I wanted to check out in the morning, but the reception door was still locked. 3. Close to Top 100. 4. Close to restaurants. 5. No contact number for the manager if you need anything. 6. Clean room, hot water, shower, and faucet. 7. Cool AC, large Android TV, so you can watch YouTube all night. 8. Payment via app. 9. Close to the city center. 10. Needs an extension cord for the 2-legged socket.

The room is nice, clean, cheap, but the room we stayed in had a less than cold AC. Without a receptionist, we were only greeted by a security guard. The security guard was also friendly, and it was easy to find food.
