Good enough but crowded (noisy)

The room was dirty, the bed sheets weren't changed, it smelled of cigarettes, the floor was scratched, lots of hair, like it hadn't been swept, there was a sink but it wasn't cleaned at all, food residue, sticky, the bathroom toilet was broken and had to be flushed manually with a ladle, the TV had no signal. The area is close to the main square but it is very difficult to find breakfast.

Cleanliness must be given more attention, especially the bathroom.
