Nice short getaway near the airport. Good service, spacious rooms, and tasty food.

Overnight layover at Jakarta Int Airport, need to get a good night's rest and relax. Beautiful hotel property, nice pool, gym, and room. The extra cost is worth it.

The room was large, the bed comfortable and spacious—it could fit two adults and two children. The pool area in front of the restaurant was also very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're flying again the next day.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

It feels like you're in Bali if you stay at this hotel. Also if you are lucky and really love airplanes, you can get a room facing the runway. The restaurant is delicious, but there is no lounge yet. Also the cafe inside the hotel also has delicious food. Because the hotel is a bit far from other places to eat. But it's really okay if you have a transit in Jakarta but don't want to look for a hotel in the city center which is a bit far.

Stayed 1 night at Sheraton on New Year's Eve with family. Greeted a very warm welcome by the staff. Got an early check in as requested when booking a room. And given a surprise room upgrade. The room is very spacious, there is a living room and dining room complete with dining utensils. Balcony with lake view 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Thank you Sheraton. Breakfast is highly recommended, lots of food variations and delicious too. Had a chance to try the cakes and ice cream at the cafe. The kids love it👍🏻. The swimming pool is also quite large. Overall we enjoy our stay❤️.
