There was some unpleasant noise in the morning—you know what I mean—a woman moaning, which made it hard to sleep. The hot water wasn't working, the TV couldn't be turned on, and the room was dusty.

Friendly staff, clean room, cold AC, only the hot water is off.

The hotel I always visit every holiday because of the friendly staff and comfortable environment.

This is my third time staying here, it's comfortable, I just don't like the toilet.

It's comfortable, but the toilet soap doesn't smell good.

The new building is so nice, close to everywhere too. Recommended!

The room is not soundproof, so I can't sleep at night because the next room is noisy! And it can be heard clearly from the other side!

Overall it's really good, but there's one thing lacking, the water flow in the bathroom is really small, especially for the shower, so it doesn't feel like you're taking a shower.

Bad service, staff not friendly at all. No greeting at all. Even though the ones who came were parents in their 60s, bringing 2 toddler grandchildren and 2 large suitcases. No greeting to help or small talk at all. Not here anymore. Different from Sans in Semarang which is friendly, helped to bring in luggage, WELCOME. Even though the price is the same

The room is comfortable and clean, unfortunately the internet connection in my room was bad, the shower was dead. I complained because it was already late and I was tired.

The taste of the water provided is not comfortable for the throat, maybe it could be upgraded to a mineral water bottle. Overall it's okay, there are just a few stains on the pillows and sheets, please improve this in the future.

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. But it's a bit complicated to get out, the pager motorbike parking is always locked. Security is fussy.
