Everything was perfect, the Superior room was really spacious. The bathroom had two showers, one with a rain shower and one with a hand shower. The TV in the room was a Smart TV, and the AC in the room was an Aquos central AC. It was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, to be honest. The staff was friendly too, and it was very close to St Lempuyangan.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the staff are very friendly, from the security guard to the receptionist to the restaurant staff. The breakfast is also delicious, although lacking in variety. What I found lacking about this hotel is the uncomfortable beds (the Royal Suite doesn't even have a king-sized bed?), and the pillows aren't very comfortable either.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the ambiance was also good. I once had an experience where I left something in my room while checking out, but the hotel staff found it and immediately retrieved it.
