The hotel staff is friendly. The location is close to Malioboro, easy access, there are lots of food around the hotel, and the rooms are spacious. As for the food, I had a chance to try it during dinner. It turned out I'd rather have eaten outside the hotel. Hehehe
But overall, it's a good place to stay again if I go to Yogyakarta.

The hotel staff, even from Hong Kong, were incredibly friendly. The room was really nice, and it was quite large for an executive king-size room, even able to accommodate four people, hehe. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Jogja, God willing, haha.

Only 2 elevators are active (their capacity is also small), hot water doesn't work at 10 am, small car park, free breakfast until 5 years old (usually 4 stars have free breakfast until 12 years old)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, from the service provided by the staff and the friendliness to the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The peaceful atmosphere of the room also allowed us to do our activities and rest well.

The room was clean, the food was varied. It was comfortable, and so far so good. The only thing is, the hot water didn't drain for long. Whether it was limited or just happened to cool quickly, we don't know.

The staff is very nice. When we arrived at the lobby, they immediately helped us carry our suitcases from downstairs to the lobby (because the parking lot is located below). The receptionist was communicative, check-in was hassle-free, and we were able to enter our room at 2 am. The amenities are complete, the room is spacious, clean, and fragrant. Yesterday we had a good view of the room, all the windows can be opened wide, and the curtains can be opened wide.
