The bad experience I had, after checking in I got a room on the first floor then rested for a few hours, then went out for a walk, when I came home and opened the room with the intention of resting but was shocked by the leaking and broken ceiling of the room and the debris hit the bed, my clothes were wet and dirty. When I reported it, it was not immediately responded to after waiting for a while I was asked to move to a room on the 2nd floor. When I moved, it turned out that the water was not turned on so I had to report back to turn on the water, when I reported it, the answer was yes the water had not been turned on. How shocked I was to hear that answer. It is very unfortunate that there was no apology from Cozy Residence at all. Very very disappointing.
