Quite disappointed because the free cable car ticket redemption facility that was the reason I booked was no longer available. The information is still available on several platforms, so it's quite disappointing. Without that facility, I think it's better to look for another hotel that offers additional services such as free transportation, which is much more helpful while in Phu Quoc.
Rating: 3/5 - Location is okay, staff is friendly, but facilities are not as expected.
