The support staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Even if I booked the wrong date, they still supported me to change the date. I've been here about 6 times, mainly because the location is so convenient. 10 points

The experience was terrible. I booked a Triple room at Nguyen Thai Binh branch, the hotel let me check in exactly at 2pm, not early at all (which was fine), but when I got to the room, it was a single room with 1 bed. I called to respond and needed to change it quickly, but it took the hotel an hour after many calls to the switchboard and text messages to change the room for me, but I had to move to another branch at Bui Thi Xuan (my plan was changed). Bui Thi Xuan is a hotel but the cleaning service and amenities are very bad. The lobby and the room smelled very bad, very unpleasant, all kinds of things... Very bad.

check in from 14:00 15:30 to sit in the hallway waiting for room cleaning Hotline call no answer boring. advise not to come here. bad

The room is still a bit dusty, problem solving is too slow, the lock often runs out of battery even though it has been fixed, the support staff is ok, the refund has not been successful yet.

Relatively ok, but if supported, check in and check out hours would be more flexible. Much better
