Very clean, well-organized environment, and worth the price. Met Chef Deni, his handiwork succeeded in making delicious food! Distinctive taste, makes you full, very worth it for the price. Overall 9/10. Coincidentally, I got a fairly affordable price that day, so I spent more money in the restaurant (there are 2 choices). All the staff are VERY FRIENDLY! Often held big events here. In my opinion, the most luxurious & best hotel is held by Mariott🫶🏻💞💗

The receptionist, Ms. Maisya, was very friendly and the hotel staff, Mr. Alfandy, was very friendly and helpful when we had breakfast, and Mr. Zul, the turtle conservation officer, was very kind in helping us find glasses that had fallen into the sea and was friendly in accompanying us👍 The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the children enjoyed playing on the beach with clean sand.

The beach is clean and suitable for small children because it's coral-free. However, the adventure is lacking, with not many water activities. Food is expensive and hard to find outside the hotel, so it's best to bring plenty of food from home.

Everything is good and satisfactory, family-friendly, especially for children. The playground is fun.

Very cool, the place is okay, the view is beautiful, the sand is clean, the facilities are okay, the staff are friendly, the service is okay, it's just that the location is quite far from the city & clinics/hospitals and shopping places like ****mart, the price of food is also quite high for the mendang people, and for children's breakfast it's a bit high for 4-year-olds, priced at 200 or so because 4-year-olds don't necessarily eat a lot and like everything.. especially for picky eaters who only want to eat small bowls of cereal and orange juice.. at least the price can be reduced or the age limit is not 4 years old like in other hotels.. (again, for the mendang people it's better).. if you have the budget, no problem.. overall it's okay.
