At first I was hesitant because there was no AC in the room, but after 5 pm it started to feel cold. This is the second Dieng style, really. The staff are very friendly with extraordinary service. Only the room because the distance is close to other rooms so if someone is talking you can hear it, but all the shortcomings are paid off because the room I occupied has a view when the door is opened directly to the swimming pool. It was an amazing experience staying here, at night we were suddenly given warm boiled corn and hot tea 😋 all the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful, cool, the breakfast was delicious, the fried rice, basically if I go to Pangalengan I will come here again. Booked 6 rooms, with pretty complete facilities, beautiful views, and lots of rice fields and gardens nearby. So you can explore the area in the morning. You can also get snacks and a campfire in the evening. The admin is quick to respond... but there are a lot of flies during the day, probably because the gardens are nearby. But otherwise, it's okay.

The glamping was great... There's a difference between booking on Traveloka and visiting in person. It seems like booking directly without an agent gives better service (disappointed). Overall, it's super cold at night. There are definitely lots of flies during the day.

The location is ok but the room facilities are not ok. The TV can't turn on, the water heater also doesn't turn on. The food is also not ok.

The location, when you get there, there is a lot of road construction, so it's a bit congested, and the road leading to the glamping can only fit 1 car, hidden exclusive, but if you go there at night, it's creepy too, and I don't see any security. Maybe you can give directions and lights on the way in. At night, there is a service from the hotel for noodles/baked corn. Burn yourself on a bonfire like that, it's fun. Morning includes breakfast, nasgor + orange or tea. Nasgor is delicious. When I got there, the night weather was 13°c, so I couldn't sleep at night because it was so cold, plus there was a smell from the toilet, even though the bathroom door was already closed, because of the strong wind, I don't know. Room is okay, can do three, two for 700k, three for 1.2 million, it's pretty good to add it. But with that price, the 3rd person can't get mineral water at the moment. hehe Nice view, pleasing to the eye, neat, there is a swimming pool. If you bring a suitcase, the road is a bit rocky, so be careful with your suitcase.

The service is very good and friendly, fast response too. But unfortunately when I arrived the room smelled musty and the toilet was still smelly + empty tissue, but after the complaint was immediately handled in a friendly & fast manner the room immediately smelled fragrant and comfortable.

Overall this place is very good, No minus other than there are many flies because it's planting season so manure is being spread, that's a bit disturbing, But for the good view, clean facilities, fast service, if you go to canning, you really want to stay in Buana again.
