Arriving at the hotel at 2:05 PM, I wasn't able to check in until around 3:30 PM. There was quite a long queue to check in, and the lobby isn't very large.
When I went to take a shower, the hot water only came on briefly, either because there were a lot of people using it or because it was being rationed. It wasn't particularly hot, just barely warm. A 4-star hotel should be able to handle better, as I'd moved from a 3-star hotel where the hot water lasted longer and check-in was quick. Also, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, causing a bit of water to pool.
The breakfast menu was so-so, not a lot of choices.
For me, coming from out of town and renting a motorcycle in Jogja, the parking was a bit far away (in a different building), which was a hassle if it rained.
Furthermore, there weren't any hair dryers in every room, so if I needed one, I had to call reception to borrow one, and they were limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
