Overal the service is good, room is comfort and clean . Water pressure is bit low

Overall good experience, hotel provides transport to beqch and city center, facilities also good, the staff friendly and helpful, and can understand english too. The downside is the soundproof, as we can heard people talking until late night and the blanket feel like got plastic or something, so also make a sound if we turn around.

Glad that we booked this hotel. It was a great rejuvenated place for 5 of us (we travel with 3 kids). The bed is great, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff there were polite and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here in Saga. Kudos guys 👍🏻
