I booked in a hurry but I really liked the hotel, the price was cheap and the room was very clean, I have to praise the room because I felt they cleaned and set up very thoughtfully and thoroughly. The downside is that I had to stay on the same floor with an impolite family, it was extremely noisy and the room soundproofing was not good. I will come back to stay when I come to Ha Long

Beautiful hotel, nice view and clean room with full amenities, good service attitude, breakfast buffet is also ok but the only minus point is poor soundproofing, can clearly hear the room opposite and at 12am can still hear the loud music at the bar quite far from the hotel.

I think the staff is not very nice, especially the female receptionist. The room is not good at all, there is no soundproofing, in the morning I was disturbed by people outside. Couples should not stay here, I emphasize 3 times. A pretty bad experience with the room omg my sleep was disturbed :)))
