The place is nice with a great view, but the road to the venue is very dark at night and a bit scary. The food is delicious, but it's a bit pricey, and not all menu items are available. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the water heater where we stayed was broken. Overall, it's a decent venue for trekking/hiking activities nearby.

My family vacationed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The service was very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. The kids were very happy here. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too noisy. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was also great. The swimming pool was also comfortable. Hopefully, we can stay here again next time. 😊 Thank you. 🤗

When we stayed, the place was quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The location is also good, still close to the city center and the toll gate. The food at the restaurant is quite delicious. The air is cool and clean, making it a great place to relax with the family. The staff is quite friendly, and the accommodation is clean.

It seems like it would be better if the bathroom had a shower with a glass that wasn't transparent, so the spacious bathroom could be used for bathing (in the shower room) and washing your face or using the toilet... because the shower room has a transparent glass door so the bathroom can only be used by 1 person. Also, please provide a mat in front of the shower room and under the sink so the floor isn't muddy and slippery... especially if someone staying there is a disabled person

Netflix doesn't work, calling CS doesn't work, breakfast is just so-so fried rice, ready a bit later at 9:00, given pieces of chicken, it seems, just very small bones.

The room was spacious, clean, and the sheets and towels were changed daily. I'll definitely be back.

It's a suitable basecamp for those planning to trek around Mount Pancar, easily accessible by car or motorcycle. The road to the location is very quiet and a bit spooky due to the many abandoned buildings. Our family visited on Eid al-Fitr, and the room was spacious and clean. The atmosphere was very quiet, and the swimming pool was a bit dirty; it seemed like many employees were on holiday, so it wasn't well-maintained. Overall, it's a good choice as a basecamp for trekking.

The location is quiet, making it a great place for a family staycation. There's also a hiking trail for those heading to Mount Pancar or the waterfall. The service is also quite good, with a friendly and welcoming staff. If there's any minor feedback, it'd be to fix the door handle. The AC isn't cold enough. Perhaps because the focus is on the cafe, lodging isn't a priority. But I definitely recommend it for a quick break.
