Also referred to the reviews of previous guests before deciding to book here, the price is really not cheap for a 3-star hotel but ignoring those things, there are also the following points that make me very upset: the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, only towels and 2 bottles of water, slippers. Second is the attitude of the man wearing glasses, wearing a black uniform (I think he is the manager), he talks to the guests very rudely and before that I saw him scold the staff with the same tone, the guests pay, not working for you, in short, the hotel is new but if you are not satisfied then say good bye. Finally, when checking in, the card was cut wrong, dragging things up and down to change the card but did not receive a single apology from the manager.

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 2 nights and was very satisfied. The hotel was newly built in 2024, so the furniture and equipment are still very new. The room is the same as the picture, I stayed on the 4th floor, there is a very comfortable common area. The staff is friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic. When checking in, the receptionist welcomed me, helped me to check in and introduced the hotel's amenities, I looked at the name tag and saw that his name was Tu. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, this will be a place to stay worth considering.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always welcome you with a smile. Location is a bit hectic with the traffic, but that's the old quarter for you. Nearby with restaurants, pharmacy & coffee shop.

The location is very good, I can walk to Truc Bach Lake, West Lake or the old town. The staff here is beyond words, super cute and extremely supportive. The room is suitable for business guests, outside the hallway there is a laundry room with a super convenient kitchen. The room does not have amenities set up because the hotel protects the environment, so if you need anything, you can call the receptionist to bring it. There is a small minus point that the room is on the street front, so you can hear a little traffic noise during rush hour, but it doesn't affect much. I heard that the hotel is also fixing this. The room is modern and pretty. The balcony of my room (as in the photo) looks European but it's Hanoi. In general, I stayed here for a few nights and felt very comfortable, I will definitely come back on my next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

All the staff hospitality amaze me, so helpful and feels like home. Thanks to Tu help me with a glass of water on 12.30 AM.
