In this regard, we would like to clarify a few things: Our standard check-out time at our hotel is 12.00 noon, and we tolerate late check-out until 13.00 (1 pm) based on room availability. We never enforce a maximum check-out at 11.00 am, and we will evaluate the reception team to ensure this information does not confuse guests in the future. Regarding the refrigerator facility, we inform you that not all room types have a refrigerator. Refrigerator facilities are available only in the Super Express room type. We apologize if there is any inconsistency in the information on the booking platform, and we are also making adjustments so that the information listed is more accurate and transparent.
