It was a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel.

The only problem is the door, it takes extra effort to open it, otherwise it's good & quite pleasant, the breakfast menu could be more varied.

Clean, fun for family vacation

The hotel environment is clean and tidy. Room amenities could use some improvement. Some light switches are still not working. Room and bathroom cleanliness needs attention. The food is varied and delicious. This menu should be maintained and, if possible, increased.

The hotel was okay. The breakfast wasn't great, and unfortunately, there were cockroaches and millipedes in the toilet.

The conclusion is good, but it could be improved further. Because I got an old room.

If possible, the room should be ready for occupancy before check-in. We shouldn't have to wait hours.

The hotel is suitable for families, I booked 2 rooms but one of the rooms, room 281, smelled damp when I entered because the wall of the room adjacent to the bathroom was wet/damp, the bathroom also smelled of urine especially in the shower area. The other room was safe, no problem, breakfast was less varied and the taste was ordinary, the swimming pool was nice but not very clean, please clean it more often because there are lots of children swimming
