My three-day stay at this hotel was quite good, with only a few minor issues in my opinion.
First, there was no bellboy upon arrival or departure. Upon arrival, we were assisted by a woman, but after check-out, no one helped load our suitcases into the car. It was raining and no one offered us an umbrella. We ended up getting our own at the front desk.
Second, the food options were limited and not varied. The taste was also lacking. The fried rice was hard and the noodles were bland. Maybe try that again next time. For the price, such food is not really worth it.
Since this is a new hotel, things like the towels and room were still okay.
