Hot water does not work well

First time check in & I can’t wait for going back!

My three-day stay at this hotel was quite good, with only a few minor issues in my opinion. First, there was no bellboy upon arrival or departure. Upon arrival, we were assisted by a woman, but after check-out, no one helped load our suitcases into the car. It was raining and no one offered us an umbrella. We ended up getting our own at the front desk. Second, the food options were limited and not varied. The taste was also lacking. The fried rice was hard and the noodles were bland. Maybe try that again next time. For the price, such food is not really worth it. Since this is a new hotel, things like the towels and room were still okay.

This hotel was newly furbished, so my room had many problems when I was staying there. All the electrical plugs in my room were not working, and the electrician did not come to fix them even after I told the front desk about it. My drainage in the shower was clogged as well. Hotel breakfast was horrible. For the price that was charged per night, I would expect a better quality.

The room was clean, and very spacious. Perfect location.

The staff was very friendly, the room is big and spacious, clean, fast and friendly service, according to the affordable price. The food is delicious but a little less varied, American and Indonesian breakfast in general. It could be more varied for breakfast, there are soups or similar, spacious parking and everything is good. My child likes to stay there, the pool is spacious and clean.
