Very Instagrammable. Really enjoyed staying here. It's just a shame that the rooms are really noisy at night. And the food menu doesn't offer cereal and milk.

Anyway, the words that fit are "Comfortable, Delicious, Friendly"... Definitely scheduled to come back again.... Delicious for CFDs.... Very easy to get everywhere...

I've become a regular here. It's comfortable and not noisy. The lobby isn't crowded or crowded. The staff is friendly. Most importantly, the hotel and the rooms are clean.

Comfortable! It's just not soundproof enough, you can hear sounds from the next room and from outside.

The location is in the city center and is also quiet, the lobby is fragrant and clean, the rooms are quite spacious, it's just a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

Our first stay was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff (especially Ms. Cilla at the front desk). When I needed to stay in Jakarta again a few days later, I chose this hotel again, and Ms. Cilla's prompt booking service was very helpful. We booked two connecting rooms, and the cleanliness remained excellent. Highly recommended for those who prioritize hotel cleanliness and friendly staff.

This hotel is relatively new, opened in 2024. It's very comfortable and close to Tanah Abang Station. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Great experience to stay at BW Express, didn’t feel like an express hotel which commonly only provide small room and average food. Surprisingly BW Espress’ room is spacious and super clean! The lobby, corridor, everything is just neat and clean, just love it. Hotel’s location is very strategic as well. Unfortunately only 1 elevator in operation, seems the other was under maintenance. BW Express would definitely become my first option to stay at central Jakarta next time, keep up the good work 💕
