Everything is great, great location with shopping mall beside, bus station next to the hotel to travel to city town center and with restaurants beside.

Terrible and misleading hotel. on arrival there were no towels in the room and no coffee and tea supplies - housekeeping errors. when i was at reception asking for towels several other people were also complaining so this wasnt an isolated error. the staff were not very friendly. then i visited the gym - its terrible, much smaller than photo suggest due to the full wall mirror in the room. the weights machine is very bad quality and unsafe. limited free weights and the rowing machine is pathetic- only uses your own body weight and has little resistance. the cheapest equipment. then i visited the “pool” - what a bad joke, its a paddling pool for kids!! 50cm deep!! also the other photos are fake, very very bad. finally the distance to town or beach is misquoted unless the car is breaking the speed limit! overall a pathetic attempt at a hotel. i checked out and found a brilliant substitute for less money - avoid this hotel

Beautiful Hotel

Room was relatively small

Conveniently located just outside city center and next to a shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool on the terrace is rather small but kids loved it.

The hotel is clean and the rooms functional but with no frills. What let's it down is the rooftop, it looks nowhere near what the pictures suggest. Grossly lacking enough seating / loungers so lots of people were on the floor. The location is also out of the main centre, it takes around 25 mins to reach the centre limits although plenty of taxi options. Overall it's not dreadful but just a bit meh. We wouldn't stay here again if in Malaga.

The hotel is nice, residential area but only a 30 minute walk to centre or east access to bus just in front. Adjacent to mall. The bid disappointment is the pool. Very shallow, barely 2 feet of water. Do not choose this hotel for pool. Otherwise fine if you want to be out of the centre.

Pretty good hotel. Reasonably centrally located.

Hotel is next to a mall and 2km from the city center. The area between the hotel and to the city is not the cleanest, but safe. There's a cafe at the lobby, but we didn't get food there. There's plenty of outlets in the room and the AC kept the room cool. Would stay again.

Was a nice stay , beautiful roof top for sunrises and sunsets….only downside was a little further from the centre then we expected.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Great food options within the hotel as well. The breakfast was superb! Easy transit options to get downtown as well

Was very nice

About half hour walk from old town but was fine for us as we like walking , there’s a shopping centre next door . Staff where helpful hotel was modern , breakfast was good .

Reception staff not particularly helpful especially morning of 3rd April. Weren’t informed pool area would be closed - reception said it’s seasonal! Pool attendant said pool area would be open reception said you didn’t speak to management who would know. I found him to be quite abrupt.

It is not a 4 Star hotel as it’s claimed. It doesn’t have tea/coffee facilities, no hot water kettle. I found the bed too hard, maybe being a new hotel?

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Outside was cold but the room was a bit too warm, we couldn’t turn the temperature down beyond 21 degrees. There was a window to cool the room. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Car parking in the shopping centre was cheap and easy and you can checkout of the room and leave your car all day at no extra charge.

Overall is nice, just 2 things can be improved: 1. We were in the room and someone(not cleaning service) just opened the door and later didn’t explain who he was, a little bit concern about safety 2. 4 nights there but we only needed 1 time cleaning service, which they didn’t clean the trash and toilet

Amazing stay, no faults. Will stay again
