Service and location is great, but the best are the people attending in this hotel..!

All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way).

bathroom was a little old (mildew) but the rest of the room was very comfortable and so was the rest of the property. Parking was a big benefit.

Cute hotel, room was spacious, not luxurious, but clean. Not much inspiring decor but you get what you pay for. Nice location in Santa Margherita

Great location just above all the action of this wonderful Italian riviera beach town.

This was not a hotel, only 6 bedrooms in a one floor, no sign of the Hotel's name outside. It was difficult to find the place. no additional services. it was clean, but felt unsafe. I won't recommend it.

Lovely property and the food, service and pool were fantastic! Walking distance to town a huge plus. Gustav in the restaurant was especially friendly and provided excellent service.

Great location for a good price. Room was modest but fine for one night. A little difficult to navigate the elevators and entrance with suitcases. Had a pool with a slide but didn't have a chance to get in.

Good location - for walks and dinner. Not too far a walk from the station and buses were accessible too. SML taxis are expensive! Poor was good. Dinner is a walk into town, but plenty of choices.

Great place right off of the main street. Easy access to the shops, restaurants and water. Service was very attentive.

It was a good place to stay, but room is too small. Food variation is so-so for breakfast. Parking is very limited.

It was very good overall. Longer opening times for the pool would be good.

Great hotel based right near Portofino. Staff very friendly and helpful. They let us park the car in their car park to explore before we checked in. Recommend ferry to Portofino (hotel ideally based a few minutes walk to jetty). We walked back the 5km which is a beautiful route but a long way! Beautiful hotel with lovely looking facilities - we wished we were staying longer than one night.

Everything was great, except the shower was too small. There was not much room to move.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location , breakfast is very good , and Piera in the front desk is the best . I would highly recommend this hotel .

It was a perfect spot overlooking the harbor! We had a slight problem getting onto the free wifi when we arrived (quickly resolved!), and the hot water was not very hot when showering...but I would stay in this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat!

Great location, amazing views from the sea view rooms, friendly staff, very clean; but it’s not a four stars more like a 3 stars plus. No sound proofing between the rooms, forget sleeping quietly, bath towels are very rough, bath hot water is just mild…nice but for the price could be better

Best view in Santa Margherita Ligure. Large balconies that you can enjoy a drink and the view from. Truly convenient central location. And if you need a snack they have ice creams, soft drinks etc in the foyer, open 24 hours for convenience. The perfect party place in summer.
