Upon arrival, there was a problem with the door handle, making it quite difficult to open the door from the inside. The on-site team immediately resolved the issue. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you for your kind response. It was a pleasant stay with nice, clean rooms. However, the Wi-Fi needs to be improved for faster browsing.

Everything is good, service and facilities are super complete. The only downside is that you have to add more location instructions, because you keep getting lost looking for the address.

I've been in Bln and booked directly to the owner, I'm disappointed, it's blocked for no reason, I think the service is lacking, but when it comes to the room and the location, it's 5 star, it's clean maybe because it's only been opened for 2 months.

Sorry sis for the inconvenience. Maybe you have canceled your booking on the D-day. Because we don't tolerate guests who we have confirmed with on the H-1 day, there is no answer. And even cancel on any day you like. Because we serve many people. For pro and non-pro issues. Sorry if we are not pros. Maybe if you were more pro you could make accommodation with 5 star standards so you could go in and out and cancel as you please. Thank you 🙏.
