Room had nowhere to hang or store clothes ,no safe to put passports in or valuables in,no refrigerator to store water or medication.Included breakfast was a joke powdered egg, little sausages??and potato cakes. We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and this was the worst hotel we stayed in.Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Brought my partner to CPH to propose. This hotel was perfect. Hallways smell of new carpet, room is spacious and clean, bed was comfy and large. Shower was amazing. Queue for breakfast was a little stupid if you get there late. Long queue and a struggle for a table, but we got there a little earlier the next and there was no problem. Food was good, nothing groundbreaking but hot food and a variety of other items. The surrounding area was really pleasant and 3-4 min walk from the Metro, just a few stops (3 mins from the central stop) staff were all really friendly and accommodating. Would certainly come back. Thank you! :-)

The room was very basic. No carpet, robes, slippers or safe. Not even a closet, just some hooks on the wall. These are items we are used to in our hotel stays. For a 1 dsy stay, it was adequate. Otherwise, new hotel in a nice area so overall, not bad.

It was such a beautiful, cleaned, refreshing, great hospitality, and great views from inside to outside building. You could see the river outside the building.

The hotel is new, clean, and pleasant. It's conveniently located with easy access to both train and metro, making it simple to get around. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was quite basic, and unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities. I was quite surprised to find that there wasn't a main electricity switch controlled by the room key, which seems unsustainable for a brand-new hotel. Breakfast was quite basic and felt a bit like a school canteen; the food items weren't clearly labeled, especially for dairy, lactose-free, or milk-free products. I don't think I'll choose to stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Great hotel. Not sure how old it is, but the smell & feel was one of an almost brand new building. I can only presume that it hasn't been around for very long. The general area seems like it's a recently developed area of the city. Speaking of the area, the one problem that I had - but most won't - is that the nearest public transport is about 700m away. Not an issue in most cases, but as I have mobility issues (above knee amputee) I found it a bit of a struggle. As I say, not a problem for most, but may be worth taking into consideration if you are not able to walk too far. The hotel itself was very good. Very clean & comfortable. The staff were great. Always happy to help or assist. The room was clean, tidy & comfortable. I actually managed to use the shower as it was a walk in shower. Usually I have to do my best at the wash basin because I can't step into a shower or bath. Id happily stay here again.

This is a newer hotel, so it was very clean and modern. It was a half mile walk to public transportation, which we used to go into downtown Copenhagen and other sites. It was very convenient for us. We were right off of the water and it was very quiet at night. Staff were very helpful, even printing our cruise luggage tags that we forgot to do before we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There was plenty of room to sit and eat. We would definitely stay there again.

New hotel in new Nordhavn area. A few nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 600 metres to the metro and a little further to the S train. Easy access to trains directly to Helsingor, hillerod and downtown. 3 grocery stores nearby which also sell wine and beer. Can walk along waterfront and 1 metro stop away or 10 minute walk to harbour bus (boat to Reffen and other stops)
