The room is clean, the location is also strategic

Not a hotel but a dormitory, the hotel staff is not responsive to guests. The bed is full of hair and many marks or stains like islands, especially under the blanket.

Very good for under 150,000 Rupiah - TV is dead - Duvet, sheets, and pillowcases have visible stains + Fast Wi-Fi + Cold AC + Water heater works + Close to Cisauk Station, very cheap to ride a Gojek + Food is available everywhere: Alfamart, Indomart, Familymart, Gepuk, Warteg, etc., all within walking distance

the staff was friendly and accommodating, place was convenient for us since it's really close to the place we're headed to.. only downside was the bed and pillow smelled and the room & bathroom wasn't so clean.. the ceiling had spiderwebs and bedsheets had stains

for the location is perfect. close to ICE and many people selling food around for service. the receptionist is often not there. the one who is often there is a security guard. so when you want to ask for a cleaning room, always ask the security guard room comfort. hot water almost does not work. even though it has been set to the far left, but the heat is normal. even on the last day, there was no heat at all. and this is just a suggestion, please provide hotel slippers because there are no hotel slippers cleanliness. blankets and towels are a bit dirty. when asking for cleaning, after cleaning the blankets and towels are still dirty
