The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect; close to restaurants, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.

The bathroom was very dirty, walking in the hotel room without sandals made the soles of my feet black, the room was dusty as if it hadn't been used for a month.

for breakfast, it should be improved especially in terms of taste in the food. room cleanliness should be improved and continued to be fought for. parking lot is not wide enough, so that all guest cars can enter. And for the location, it is quite strategic.

In the lobby in the afternoon the jedag-jedug music is too loud. Even though I used to stay there often. This is not a criticism of bringing it down. Please improve it because the competition for hotels in Bali is increasing.

The cleanliness of the room was very dirty, there were cockroaches and the room was leaking, water was dripping down so our clothes were wet.
