Staff must be fluent in English, overall this hotel it was wonderful.

The rooms were very comfortable and had lots of amenities. We stayed there during the G27 concert, and there was a golf cart shuttle service to the main road, plus a coffee shop called "Chao Doi" in front of the building.

The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom is divided into wet and dry zones, there's a smart TV, the air conditioning is ice cold, there are two sets of toothbrushes provided, and a 100฿ coupon per room for a coffee shop.

The room was nice and clean, but the male staff member (an older man with short hair who worked the daytime shift) seemed to drive a golf cart and provided terrible service. He was inattentive to customers and spoke abruptly.

Check-in was successful. We arrived at 9 PM and were the last car to park – there are 20 parking spaces in total. The hotel was clean and tidy. There was some noise from the road, but it was bearable.

I had a short three-night stay at Pillow B Hotel, and the bed and pillows felt incredibly luxurious — I genuinely had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever experienced. The air-conditioning worked well, the smart TV was a nice touch, and the room had sufficient space for two people. My only minor gripes were that the hot water wasn’t as hot as I would have preferred (though still acceptable), and light sleepers may occasionally hear noise from the corridor when guests walk past.

Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven just 160 meters away. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, and the water pressure is strong.

There was food included which was nice but the internet WIFI was not working well

bathroom is extremely tiny and cant manouveur without touching every fixture. I can't even close the shower cubicle door when I'm using it.

The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are a good size for 1-2 people. Everything looks modern in terms of design. What I like most is that the air conditioning is cool, the room smells clean, there is no musty smell, no lingering smell, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only disappointment is the parking lot, which is always full of cars. Sometimes you have to park in a double row.

The accommodation is very clean. The room is very good. There is a maid who cleans every day. There is an elevator to go up. The staff speaks politely and smiles very well. There is a coffee shop downstairs. The hotel has a voucher to use as a discount for all 3 days of stay. It is very good. Go to the GOT7 concert at Rajamangala. The hotel has a golf cart to drop you off in front of the alley.

I really like the smell of the hotel. It's very special.
