nice stay

The room was nice and clean on arrival, the bathroom was also clean but had a cleaning solution smell to it. The bed was nice to lay in but was just two smaller beds put together. The bathroom was quite small and got very hot when using the shower and even after, the steam created by the shower would have no where to go so it would be steaming for hours, which we could not fix seeing as we could not open the door to the bathroom as it would have set of the fire alarm.

The toilets have no proper way to eliminate the water on the floor. It gets flooded very easily. No customer service onsite. I received a message asking me to remove my car from the front door, which it wasnt mine. No room service to clean the room or to change the towels. It wasnt a good experience. The only positive was the location which served my needs.

Check in is always terrible access codes are never sent and takes hours to complete even when booking a week in advance . Prepare for an hour on the phone

Horrible service, shower is broken, bathrooms strongly smell like drugs, hard to breathe in the bathroom, rooms stink, no customer service, provided check in code didn’t work and had to wait to be sent a new code. Was woken at 6am every day by renovations on the building. Avoid this place.

There was other peoples hair in my bed long hair when I’m short hair

The property is great but they never sent me the check in details. Someone from Wotif or the hotel needed to send me check-in codes so I could access my room.

Very clean and neat room, bathroom hygienic, bed warm and very comfortable, good pillows.

Couldn't breathe when I woke up middle of night.I pretty sure air con filters need a good clean.Wont be staying there again it was a lot better when it was Ibis that's for sure thanks

It’s a basic set up, but does the job of all you need is a bed and a shower, but keep the bathroom door closed or you’ll be up for a hefty fine if your shower steam sets off the alarm. Only vending machines for food, but there’s a servo and Maccas across Lutwyche Rd. No lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. My room had a funky smell, but with the window open or aircon on it helped.

Small and need at least a microwave or toaster in room

1 night sleep over on through trip , bed good , parking not so good especially if raining , pricing to suit = ok value

Overall my stay was quite good. The online check in was slightly confusing but I worked it out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was very good for the location. I'll would stay here again.

The rooms are super small and the bathroom useless, the shower floods the entire bathroom and goes under the door into the room
