Wish they offered a shuttle

Our phone wakeup call did not work for 6:00 am They came by and knocked at the door at 6:30, We appreciated the gesture, thanks!

Decent hotel next to a couple good restaurants. Walking distance to the Tempe Market place. I would stay here again.

First time at this location and very happy with my visit. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room comes with a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful for saving on drinks and leftovers. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very convenient location with great shopping/dining center a block away. Would definitely stay again.

The only room available was a first floor which I do not like and handicap accessible so there was no tub, just a walk in shower which I do not like, especially for a long stay as I had. The room was the only negative of my trip and lack of options from the hotel was disappointing.

Close drive to Tempe campus and lots of food options close by.

Opened bottle of water left in room Three decaf coffee pods, only 1 regular.

Very convenient to shopping, sports, and highways.

Our flight came in early and they were able to check us in early. Very accommodating.

Great place

Very noisy spot next to a gas station that is popular with motorcycle clubs. Entertaining to watch out the window, but hard to sleep through. The front desk attendant gave me the runaround when I asked for feather-free pillows, claiming they had no such thing and had never heard of it. I insisted that Hilton always has a hypoallergenic option. Finally she called a higher up and had no trouble finding them. She also mocked my allergy, asking if I was actually allergic to birds, very sarcastically. Really disrespectful and discourteous.

Need to have soap at sink and just in the shower. It would be nice if the facial tissue in both the bed room and bathroom. I could not figure how to work the thermostat. It kept going back to the same setting. Also would be nice to have pen and pad in room. Really liked microwave and refrigerator.

Very clean
