My first experience staying at the Moxy Solo hotel was very pleasant and the service was the best. I made no mistake in booking this hotel, starting from the friendliness of Ms. Afika at the reception, besides being friendly, she was very helpful and didn't have to wait long to get into the room. For the condition of the room, besides being comfortable, neat, clean, the room was not cramped and very homey. Thank you to Mr. Alefan As Operation Manager for the kind and friendly welcome, and thank you also to Mr. Tegar (FO Team) who served me well and was helpful when I asked for help. For the food, it was delicious and varied, made by Chef Ardi and Chef Udin. As for the F&B Team Mas Janu, Fahrul, Vio, Aan and Putra were very efficient and helpful. Overall, the experience of staying here was extraordinary, the service that I didn't get in other hotels. I don't regret staying here for 3 days and 2 nights, besides the hotel being in the city center, it is very close if you want to go to culinary or tourist attractions, and to the Mangkunegaran Palace when picking up the race pack and finish. It's really the best.

The rooms were kept clean during my three stays. The food (main courses) was always varied, and the taste was consistently good. The staff was friendly, and it remains my top choice when visiting Solo. Perhaps shoe cleaning services should be added in the future.

Stay in a corner room and enjoy views of both sides of Solo. The room is soundproof, so it's quiet. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Parking is a bit tricky, but staff are on hand to help.

A comfortable hotel in the city center, although not very big, but you can do quite a lot of activities in the hotel, such as fitness, swimming, light games such as playing PS, Uno cards, etc. Sorry I didn't review the food because I stayed without breakfast.

Staying at the Moxy hotel on the weekend is fun because the following Sunday is CFD so you can go for a walk and buy snacks.

The hotel is new, artistic, and beautiful. The room was quite spacious, but only had a small table, making it a bit difficult to put things down. The bathroom was clean but cramped and had limited space for storing things. The breakfast food was quite tasty.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and attentive, even during peak season. This is our second stay, and if we return to Solo, we'll definitely stay here again. Just one suggestion for Moxy: please use a slightly different scent for the shampoo, not coffee. It doesn't smell fresh after a shower. Also, please position the shampoo a little lower; pumping it out is a bit difficult. Thank you, Moxy.

First time staying here because I had stopped by here before, there was a family staying so I wanted to try staying. The location is very strategic, the staff is friendly, the facilities are really good, the gym is open 24 hours, it's really nice to be able to ask for additional mineral water, soap, shampoo, complete conditioner, everything is really good, the bad thing is that on the first day there was an incident where the electricity in the room went off and on by itself in the middle of the night, so I was a bit paranoid.

The room was nice, wonderful view and relaxing vibes. Good for relaxing after bustling around business matters.
