Stayed here for the second time, and many more to come! My kids definitely love this place also. Their amenities are suitable for our family of 4. Pool and gym available. Definitely will be back!

The hotel is nice but some amenities were not complete. There was no hairdryer in the room and the gym was closed during my stay. The pool area was clean and relaxing, but I wish they provided more towels. Wi-Fi was strong, and the lobby was comfortable. Staff were polite but service could be faster. Overall okay, but not fully satisfied.

Overall is good, from the lobby into the lift. One thing is: the water pressure of the toilet hand shower was powerless and also only one type. It should be replaced with a new one with 3 or 4 types of water movements.

The hotel room is very clean And definitely very spacious Comfortable and really feels like home All the equipment is COMPLETE! Washing machine, toaster, cutlery, etc. Bringing family is highly recommended! 2 rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and separate living room. The location is very close to PIM The price is very worthwhile with the facilities provided

Staycation at Somerset Kencana is really enjoyable.. the room is big, clean, very kids friendly, there is a swimming pool and outdoor playground.. the bathroom is clean, the AC is really cold, there are 2 TVs, in the room and in the living room.. there is also a mini kitchen so it's good for cooking, the kitchen equipment is also good, complete, the view in the room is also really good, we got it on the 15th floor.. the only minus is the water in the kitchen is a bit smelly.. the one in the bathroom is not.. Next time I want to go back and order a bigger room

Check in and check out was so smooth, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and tidy. Our son very happy staying there. The minus is only they don't have baby chair for our breakfast. Please provide baby chair since this place is a very family friendly place. Thank you

The staff is friendly. The room is luxurious, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is good. The outdoor games for the children are good. The swimming pool is good but the seats are only 4 in the morning. It is not good. The swimming pool is said to be open until 9 pm, but at 8 pm the staff are already at the pool.
