We stayed at Somerset Kencana Jakarta for the first time and really enjoyed it. The location is spot-on—easy to get around the city, with shops and dining right nearby and good transport links. The staff were genuinely helpful, quick with recommendations and extra requests without any fuss. Our room felt like a quiet retreat: clean, well laid out, comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in. All in all, a smooth, welcoming stay that we’d happily repeat.

This was my umpteenth stay. This was the first time I'd had a bathroom where the bathtub overflowed out the drain in front of the toilet. But the technician and housekeeping quickly fixed it. So far, everything else is fine.

Very strategic location & decent service for the staff, a bit less satisfying in communication, try for the reception staff to be able to call the hotel room instead of WA, sometimes guests are preparing their things & busy checking out so they don't have time to open WA, to pay more attention to the front... but for the bell boy it's already very good, try to maintain it in the future, for the room facilities it's really okay for a staycation here, highly recommended if you're having an event with family, friends/other events, continued success for Somerset Kencana

The hotel is nice but some amenities were not complete. There was no hairdryer in the room and the gym was closed during my stay. The pool area was clean and relaxing, but I wish they provided more towels. Wi-Fi was strong, and the lobby was comfortable. Staff were polite but service could be faster. Overall okay, but not fully satisfied.

Overall is good, from the lobby into the lift. One thing is: the water pressure of the toilet hand shower was powerless and also only one type. It should be replaced with a new one with 3 or 4 types of water movements.

The hotel room is very clean And definitely very spacious Comfortable and really feels like home All the equipment is COMPLETE! Washing machine, toaster, cutlery, etc. Bringing family is highly recommended! 2 rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and separate living room. The location is very close to PIM The price is very worthwhile with the facilities provided

Staycation at Somerset Kencana is really enjoyable.. the room is big, clean, very kids friendly, there is a swimming pool and outdoor playground.. the bathroom is clean, the AC is really cold, there are 2 TVs, in the room and in the living room.. there is also a mini kitchen so it's good for cooking, the kitchen equipment is also good, complete, the view in the room is also really good, we got it on the 15th floor.. the only minus is the water in the kitchen is a bit smelly.. the one in the bathroom is not.. Next time I want to go back and order a bigger room
